Amber Watson
Every great team needs someone who acts like the glue, ensuring all the various pieces work together smoothly. For us, the glue is Amber. She’s a behind the scenes expert, overseeing our human resources, finances, marketing and administrative operations. She makes sure our team members have everything they need to ensure a positive experience for each and every client.
Experience to draw from
Growing up watching her grandparents and parents run their own businesses, Amber has an entrepreneurial background. Before joining the firm in her current role, Amber acquired a wealth of experience that she uses today in various ways. She has worked in the broadcast news industry, fundraising and even as a fill-in paralegal for us once upon a time. Most recently, Amber worked in business management outside of the legal field and also ran her own successful photography business.
Married to Matthew, Amber enjoys being a part of a true family business. In her free time, she loves hanging out with their three kids and continues to shoot film photography.
