Jenny Kazemian
Jenny brings 20+ years of high-stakes legal experience to Watson Injury Law. With a bachelor of science in Psychology from Oglethorpe University and a paralegal certificate from Kennesaw State University, she infuses both compassion and expertise into the litigation process. Whether she is comforting a client, navigating the complexities of the discovery phase, or preparing a file for court, Jenny keeps cases moving forward. Her attention to detail, paired with her passion for helping people, make her a fierce and reliable advocate for every case she manages.
A mission rooted in justice
Though Jenny began her career fighting for justice for individuals, her path took a detour when she was lured away to work on the insurance defense side. Over the years, she became increasingly uncomfortable with the tactics used to undermine people’s cases. And Jenny couldn’t stop thinking about one of her earliest clients who didn’t live to see justice. That’s why she chose to leave insurance defense behind so she could make a difference in people’s lives again.
Jenny says insurance companies look at litigation as a chess game—and she knows exactly how the other side plays. With her inside knowledge, she’s able to anticipate defense strategies and help Watson Injury Law dismantle them.
Her family history also plays an important role in her commitment to justice. As a young child, Jenny lost her mother to an illness caused by a consumer product. The company was never held responsible. Today, she views her work as a calling, honoring her mother as she helps clients pursue the accountability and closure they deserve.
A rare find
A resident of Marietta, Jenny is married and the proud mother of three children. When she isn’t with clients or family, she explores the world of antiques. An avid collector of antique coins, Jenny appreciates the history and value found in things others might overlook. She brings this same passion for preservation and integrity from her personal life to her clients at Watson Injury Law.
